The Nature of Japanese Gardens

The nature of Japanese garden art translates to life and would be beneficial to people with any kind of disorders of the body or mind.  My son-in-law has a koi pond and I can stare at it for an hour or so easily.  I come away so relaxed and my tremors minimalized.  There are special components of Japanese gardens I never knew about.  I came across this blog about the Nature of Japanese Gardens when I wanted to know more about Seijaku and what it meant.

Seijaku means stillness in the midst of activity.
